The publication, edited by Paula Nascimento, Ana Vaz, and Stefano Serventi, follows the thematic thread of the exhibition Ilha de São Jorge and it constitutes the theoretical apparatus that supports and enriches the filmic material. Divided into five sections: Objects, Buildings, Cities, Landscape and Visions the publication includes creative texts, visual essays and academic studies by researchers, architects, scholars, and artists to complete the curatorial approach of the exhibition with a multiplicity of points of view and with an unprecedented width of perspectives and depth of investigation.
